Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Damaged/defective/incorrect items: please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (product, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label) so we can resolve it quickly.
How to start a return: email support@gettrendmerch.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship returns without authorization.
- Return shipping & fees: if the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect), we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage. For all other returns, you may use your own trackable carrier or request a label from us; label cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund timing: once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.

Processing time: 3–5 business days from order placement.
Estimated transit (U.S.): 7–14 business days after processing. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.
- U.S. rates: Standard $4.95 for orders $0.00–$99; Free shipping for orders $99+.
- Tracking: you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is handed to the carrier (please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear).
- Addresses: verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.
- Split shipments: items in the same order may ship separately; you will receive tracking for each parcel.
- International: if international shipping is available at checkout, duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
Note: title and risk of loss pass when we deliver the package to the carrier.
