U.S. Shipping

U.S Order Processing

• Processing/handling time: 1–3 business days from order placement.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is handed to the carrier.
• Peak periods/promotions may add 1–2 business days.

U.S Estimated Transit Time

• Standard delivery window: 4–7 business days after processing.
• Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather or events outside our control.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Limited-time promotions may change rates; the final rate will appear at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show scans after hand-off.
• If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members/neighbors and the carrier, then email us within 7 days.
• Title and risk of loss pass when we deliver the package to the carrier.

Addresses & Changes

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout; we may be unable to change it once fulfillment begins.
• Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete address can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.
• Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is recommended.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately for faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
