Quick summary
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Customer pays return shipping except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

1) Return window & eligibility

  • Return period: 30 calendar days from the delivery date (the day the carrier marks the package delivered).
  • Eligibility: Item must be unused, unwashed, free of odors/pet hair, and returned with all original tags/packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: An order number or receipt is required.

2) Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Final-sale or “clearance” items marked non-returnable on the product page.
  • Personalized/Customized items (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
  • Underwear, face coverings, or items considered intimate for hygiene reasons if opened.

3) How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@gettrendmerch.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason; or submit our Returns form at gettrendmerch.com/policies/refund-policy.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and (if approved) a return address. Please do not send items back without authorization.
  3. Package items securely. Include your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Ship using a trackable service. Keep your receipt and tracking until the return is processed.

4) Exchanges

For the fastest service, please place a new order for the correct size/color and submit a return for the original item. We’ll refund the original once it arrives and passes inspection. If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we can process a direct exchange at no extra shipping cost.

5) Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the returned condition does not meet policy requirements, a partial refund or rejection may apply. We will notify you via email in such cases.

6) Return shipping & fees

Customer-paid returns

For change-of-mind (wrong size, dislike, etc.), the customer covers return shipping. You may choose any trackable carrier.

Our-paid returns

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a pre-paid label when applicable.

7) Damaged / defective / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gettrendmerch.com with photos of the package and item(s). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8) International orders

  • Returns from outside the U.S. are accepted within the same 30-day window. International return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective/incorrect items).
  • We do not refund customs duties or import taxes collected by your country.

9) Gifts

If you received the item as a gift shipped directly to you, we can provide store credit for the return value upon receipt of the item. If the order was shipped to the giver, refunds go to the original purchaser.

10) Order changes & cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us ASAP at support@gettrendmerch.com. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is in fulfillment.
