Policy Summary

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked delivered. For damaged/defective/incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@gettrendmerch.com with your order number, items and reason.
  2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Ship with a trackable service and share tracking.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not designate products as final sale. However, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (made-to-spec).
  • Perishables; personal care goods; hazardous/flammable items.
  • Gift cards/store credit; digital goods.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please include photos of the product, inner/outer packaging and shipping label when reporting issues. Resolutions may include replacement, exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Fastest method: complete a return (per RMA) and place a new order. Direct exchanges may be possible depending on stock—contact us.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • We confirm approval after inspecting the return.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Allow additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund.
  • If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund received, contact us.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Our error (damaged/defective/incorrect): we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
  • All other returns: the customer provides return shipping (you may request our label; its cost may be deducted from the refund).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • No restocking fees.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason, subject to legal exceptions and the condition requirements above.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Verify your shipping address at checkout.
  • If marked delivered but not located, check with household members, neighbors and the carrier, then contact us within 7 days.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete address can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.

International Returns

  • Eligible international returns are accepted; we do not cover international return postage, customs or duties.
  • Mark parcels as “Return – No Commercial Value” where applicable.
