2) Currency, Pricing & Taxes

3) Authorization & Verification

  • For your security, orders may be subject to AVS/CVV checks and, where supported, 3-D Secure.
  • We may place a temporary authorization hold to verify funds; the hold is released by your bank per its policy.

4) Order Confirmation

6) Shop Pay & Wallets

7) Declines & Billing Errors

  • If your payment is declined, please confirm card details, available funds, and any bank restrictions (e.g., international or online purchases).

8) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow your bank/payment provider 5–10 business days to post the refund after we process it.
